In the main, when people go on holiday in Mid Wales their intention is to relax.
Whether that's by chilling while taking in the amazing scenery, walking along some of the stunning footpaths and rights of way, cycling along the lanes or walking along the coastal beaches.
Some prefer alternative ways, such as yoga. And it was interesting to see that Visit Wales has put two locations near our luxury lodges at Llanidloes, Powys in the top eight yoga spots with a view in Wales.
At the top came the submerged forest at North in Ceredigion, just a 45 minute drive away from us through the Cambrian Mountains to the coast.
The other is Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall near Llanrhaeadr y Mochnant in the north of Powys.
Both are locations we recommend our guests to visit whether to undertake yoga or just to get out and see the amazing locations you can enjoy while on a short break holiday.
Whether an autumn break, a winter escape or a summer holiday, the locations are great throughout the year.
